21st Century Breakdown

I live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. If I were to design my perfect city, Charleston would be pretty damn close to what I would make.

I love NYC, but I wouldn’t want to live there (for more than a few months).

Charleston is a small city. There are no towering skyscrapers, so it doesn’t really feel like a “city.” There are tons of places to eat, tour, and relax.

I’ve lived here for almost two years (come July) and I’ve barely scratched the surface of this city and it’s time for that to change. I created a list of things I want to do/see in the area and the journey begins today!

Much to your dismay I will be sure to keep you all posted on my adventures around the Lowcountry. Some things are kinda silly and small, but they are important to me.

Let the journey begin!

ooooh can’t wait for the updates!

  3. Enjoy the tour!
And don’t forget to do cultural stuff 😛

  4. Thrice – Don’t worry, cultural stuff is on the agenda…they just may have to wait longer to see me…

  5. Charleston’s beautiful. I’m jealous of my brother for living there. I might have to take a long vacation there after I finish school in NYC, haha.

Although I’m sure you have since you’ve lived there for 2 years I’m saying this just in case, take a picture in, not with but in, the Pineapple fountain. It’s fun.

  6. Ania – NYC isn’t too shabby either! I have yet to go into the Pineapple Fountain, but now I must! Great idea!
